It seems like every other day someone posts a question "when are we going to crash?" 

We seem to be on the right trend for growth, but of course all real estate is local. Unless there is a black swan event, I don't think we will have a serious correction....yet.

Of the 306 companies in the S&P 500 that have reported earnings to date for Q3 2017, 72.9% have reported earnings above analyst expectations.
