Trying to purchase a home for sale by owner
I am a brand new investor looking for my first deal, I have a couple questions. Mainly regarding the pitch. In a very hot sellers market, what are some incentives I can give the seller to sell me their home when it has not been listed yet on the MLS. I have one opportunity for a for sale by owner but I currently work with a real estate agent. Should I have my real estate agent involved in the deal on my side, or try to do it without one? If the seller is not planning on using a real estate agent, and I'm trying to get the home for a deal what are the incentives I can give them without overpaying for property?
