Hi BP, I am a wholesaler in Charlotte NC. We have mostly catered to investors looking to fix and flip properties in newly gentrifying areas. Recently, we have expanded our markiting to areas that are less suited for flipping and more buy/hold opportunities(low income, section 8, etc. I was wondering how to find investors for these types of properties. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
