If appreciation is a paper tiger, then what about Zuckerberg?
The vast majority of his wealth, along with most tech billionaires, is in stock they own but have not sold. Yet they are valued at billions. I don't buy into the "appreciation is a paper tiger" theory....Clearly valuation wise, it's not. That said, if I was Zuckerberg, I'd sell about 10 billion for a rainy day...
