How to Market a occupied home

Hello, I recently got a home under contract. My plan is to wholesale that home. What is a good way to market that property when there is currently a tenant? Do I place it on Zillow, Craigslist, let go etc. Also, do I let the seller know that I am marketing the home for sale.
