Hi all,

Does anyone have experience buying a multifamily property (or even single family) from a Family Trust Auction in California? I tried looking through the forums and just via Google to understand how it works, but can't find much. Is it similar or different from a foreclosure auction? If anyone has a resource they could point me to, I would really appreciate it!
