Validate Market With Historic Sales Data... But How To Find It?

Does anyone know of a good source to pull historic real estate sales data broken down (ideally) by house type, size, list price, sales price, days on market, etc.? I am trying to validate with actual sales data the market value of potential houses to rehab and flip, and am looking for a comprehensive data set of the past 6 months sales data. This would also be a big help in finding hot markets to work in, as I'm currently undecided on a specific area. Realtor.com has a great Inventory Trends data report, and also a Sales Trends, but that is currently "coming soon"... I imagine is may be very useful once/if it becomes active...https://research.realtor.com/data/sales-trends/

I'm sure it's been asked before, but having a hard time finding anything on the forums or google.

Thanks for any help!
