we have an opportunity to get into a 2 unit townhouse. One unit is currently on the market for 229k , the other unit needs rehab before it goes up for sale. The owners don't want to make a package deal on both units because of taking a huge hit on taxes. I'm looking for hard money so I can make one deal and secure both at one time. My question: Is there a creative way for them to sell it as a package deal without being gouged so hard on taxes? If I can offer them some solutions it would most likely end up in a deal for both units. thanks in advance for any help and advice! -Calvin-
