BRRR? Would this work?
I purchased my rental 3 years ago and have a loan amount of $367,000 and it appraised at $525,000 how ever that Apprasail was so I can have my pmi removed. I believe it would appraise higher. I’d like to purchase a duplex or some multi family and would like to utilize the brrr strategy. Any suggestions on how much I can take out and what my limit on the purchase would be?? Thanks!
