exclusive right to sell, versus agency
1. Why would a seller list his/her home as "an exclusive right to sell agreement" restricting him/her, when he/she can list as "agency agreement" and have some extra flexibility to surface his/her own buyer?
2. are these two different contract agreements or same contract ,with an added clause in it?Most Popular Reply

No competent agent would accept anything other than an exclusive right to sell listing agreement, if they were planning on marketing the home.
