Hello, I am new here and interested in investing in real estate (obviously right?). I am 22 years old with a 3 month old son. My husband, son and I are currently living in a one bedroom apartment. We are working on saving for a starter home, which we would like to be in within a year or two. My only problem is that I have a repossession on my credit. How hard will it be for me to get a home loan ? And is there any way I could get it off of my credit before it drops off in seven years (it was put on earlier this year)? Or could we just get the loan in my husbands name?
