Property Management companies in North and South Jersey
Does anyone use property management companies in NJ? I am a first time investor, live in NJ and am interested in owning multifamily building complex (5-12 units) to start. I'll be the first to admit I am not handy and work 11 hours a day plus most weekends, so I would have to use a property manager. I'm looking for references to good property management companies that would be willing to work with smaller investor in 1) Hudson, Union county areas and 2) in South Jersey, Camden, Mercer, Ocean county areas.
The consensus on BP is that you really have to be wary of property management. Thanks.
