Is buying from a wholesaler a good way to start?  I'm eager to get my first deal done and it seems that working with a wholesaler would be a no brainer since they've found good deals.  Or at least they should've.  I know I'd have to dig into the numbers to verify.

Or would you suggest I stay away from that to start?
