New to BRRR. Successful examples
Hello,
I am new to the BRRR strategy and Real Estate Investing as a whole.
When looking at properties I am having a hard time determining what is 'rehabable' and which properties aren't worth the rehab. Would anyone who has successfully completed a sale with this method be able to provide some example information?
-Before/After pictures
-Purchase price
-Rehab Costs
-What did you Rehab in the house
-State house is in
Any information/help would be greatly appreciated :)
