Best Flat Fee MLS Listing Websites. GO!

I've read a lot success from using a pay for MLS listing websites. I used an agent for our last flip but wanted to give one of these websites a try.

I'm going to need services for: listing the house on the MLS, all paperwork/documentation for selling

I will be taking the pictures and complete the listing myself.  My husband will assist with showings.

Who's the best out there?!
