Should I take this deal?

Price is 170T

Class A

Built 1980's

4bed 2bath 2 Garage

cashflow monthly - 118.000

Just Renovated with tenant just signed a 2 year agreement.

Fondation is OK

Roof life of 6 to 8 years base on the inspection done Aug 11 before the Hurricane. Electrical ,Plumbing HVAC serviced.

Never seen the place just pictures of before and after renovation.

No placement fee.
