Report on rental and how many DOM

I am trying to see if a house is a good investment. I am asking my agent to provide a report with all the rentals in the area, (that go to the same school) and now many days on the market they sit before being rented.

The area has good schools based on scores on greatschools.net and it is important for us to not stay months on the market before renting.

I am out of state, and I want to buy an investment in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.

Is there a way to find that information and report on it in MLS?

Zillow has provided an average rental value, but it doesn't say how many DOM the properties sit to rent.

Thank you
