YESMLS App New alternative MLS open to anyone to list properties

Have anyone see the new YESMLS app?  It is brand new and doesn't have much of a following but I love the idea of having a app dedicated to listing properties and allows anyone to list on it.  What are your thoughts.  Any reason not to use it?
