Financing on a bundle of residential properties
I'm considering a couple MLS offerings that are comprised of 2 to 4 small multifamily properties (2-4 units) in one listing. How does financing typically work on these types of deals? Would I be looking at 1 mortgage for all the properties, or 1 for each property? Would this be considered residential or commercial?
