Tracking down owner of vacant 4-plex in my neighborhood

There is a vacant 4-plex in my neighborhood. The grass is overgrown and some of the windows are boarded up. I have looked up the property on the county website and found the name of the owner. From some quick googling it seems there is a possibility the owner has passed away. What are my options in finding a phone number / contact informations for the owner of the house?
