Suggestions on lenders that lend 75%-80% of value with no DP

Hi,

I'm looking for a lender that will fund deals nationally at 75% to 80% of appraised value that won't require a down payment or a maximum downpayment of 10% on deals for single, multi, and commercial. Thank you!

Any suggestions from fellow investors would be helpful!
