Hello BP Community, 

I'm a new listener of the Bigger Pockets Podcast, and looking to make my first foray into the Rental Property Market in the greater NYC area. I'm looking for advice on where to search for my first property to purchase and rent out. Does anyone have a neighborhood they would recommend for a first purchase?
