Looking into FSBO...PROs vs CONs?
BP,
I'm thinking about a FSBO approach to mainly avoid commission fees. A coworker sold his home FSBO and he said everything went smoothly, and he wasn't/isn't familiar with real estate inventing. Another friend of mine told me he read an article that said most people lose 6-8% of the sell doing FSBO. My main concern is the paperwork side of things. Pricing and marketing it will not be a problem in my opinion. I'm looking for some in depth/user friendly guidelines on this stuff.
Anyone have some advice or story to share?
Thanks!
