HI EVERYONE! I JUST WANT TO ASK IF ANYONE HERE HAVE TRIED INTEREST ONLY LOAN WHEN PURCHASING THEIR PROPERTY? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THIS LOAN FOR MAYBE A YEAR THEN REFINANCE THE PROPERTY FOR A CONVENTIONAL LOAN? THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE. (BRRR; LOS ANGELES; MULTIFAMILY)
