Rehab is complete, Whats Next???

So everything has led to this point. Finally after months of going through the process of completing my first rehab project the renovation is done and its time to get this thing listed. Only problem is this seems like the most overwhelming part of the process. Seasoned investors in the BP community please advise on the best ways the market a rehab property and solicit a quick sale for top dollar.
