Rental investment in Pigtown Baltimore?
Hi guys-
New to this world but interested in getting into real estate. In particular rental investment and maybe flipping eventually. Right now I'm scoping out Baltimore and see a lot of promise in a few areas. I originally started with the fells point area - but after looking at pigtown I think I can get a bigger more renter ready property in that area for my budget. Does anyone have any experience renting in pigtown who can share advice or thoughts? It seems like there is a lot of potential... but I'm still very new to this game.
Thanks

There's lots of conversations about Pigtown in previous threads too. Use the search bar in the forum and you'll find lots of results. I own several houses in Pigtown and it's been a good experience. I've lived in the neighborhood for many years. Do your due diligence and you'll find a good fit either there or in another neighborhood.
