Renting out a house with a pool concern

Im looking to buy this nice property in A class location. The purpose would be to buy, rehab a bit, and flip. The problem is, I wont be accessible to do the rehab for probably a year since I am away from the location where property is.

So in the meantime I was thinking of just renting it out until I can start working on it. But I keep hearing people telling me not to rent out a property with a swimming pool because of insurance/liability issues.

If I intend to insure it fully, am I still gonna run into problems? or is it just too expensive?

Is there anything else I need to be aware of when renting out a property with a swimming pool?

Thank you!
