Tell me about conservatorship
I found an ideal property with 100% equity, no liens, judgments or violations...yet. Taxes are only one year past due.
Speaking with the neighbors, an elderly lady (85 yrs old) lived and was forced to live a retirement home because she was a hoarder and lived in her car outside her own house. From what I gathered a conservator was assigned to her because she has dementia. So..... how do I go about finding if I can purchase the house? How does a state conservator work. Can a buy/sale transaction take place?
