Reqeust: Absentee letter, personalized from me, a neighbor.
I'm interested in purchasing my first property, which happens to be around the corner from my house. The home has been vacant for several months. Township records list the owner with a Texas address. I'm looking to send a personalized handwritten note. I want to keep it simple. What are the key ingredients for this letter? Planning on sending the letter certified with receipt.
