Looking for condo/villa in Ft. Lauderdale for AIR BNB

Does anyone own vacation rentals in Ft. Lauderdale? I'm looking for a condo ideally in the Las Olas area that I can use as a second/vacation home, and can AIR BNB it when I am not there. However, I am aware that a lot of the condos have HOAs with strict rental restrictions. 

Can anyone recommend a condo buildings in Ft. Lauderdale that would be conducive to this?
