Hey guys and gals. This is my first post.  I am from this time period and heard this song today from Carly Simon(Anticipation)and couldn't help myself... How wonderful real estate investing is...De-pre-cia-tion... Isn't it great lets all sing it together... Ha.. life is good here on the hill. Jim
