I'm selling my first house as part of a reverse 1031 exchange. I've bought 7 houses, but this is my first ever sale. I have called a few agents to get price opinions and advice on what improvements I should do. I also want to use these meetings to see who I like and decide who to give the listing to. So what questions should I be asking?
