House-Hacking to your dream home

Dylan Eck

Posted

Has anyone here successfully house-hacked their way into owning their dream home? Moving into a new home every year or two, while holding the previous multi-family as a rental? Then, using all of that cash flow towards the mortgage of your "forever home." Whether it be 10 years or more, I'm just curious if this is something anyone else has considered. It definitely seems like something that could be done, if your family could put up with it. I wanna hear some stories!

@Dylan Eck, not only can this be done, this is exactly what I am working on now, in the inflated Denver, CO. market.  Get the book on "House Hacking" from @Ben Leybovich, he discussed this exact topic and gives a blueprint on how to accomplish this.

Thanks for referencing my book, Michael! House Hacking is available in Kindle, Paperback, and as of today Audible as well :)

    Enjoy!
