inherit tenants on M2M or get rid of
Hi. I'm looking at a deal that includes tenants on Month to month, no paperwork, apparently. the rents are strong, but I'm concerned about inheriting. Options I see are to force seller to have them get out before closing or offer new tenants new leases with specific terms, etc. Any other suggestions or concerns to deal with should I decide to try and work with the current tenants. rates are $1000 and $900 each.
