PURCHASING FIRST HOME!! NEED ADVICE!!

Hello and Good morning,

I am in need of some advice from all you experts. I am looking to purchasing my first home in San Antonio, TX and also have some raw land located in west Texas where I would like to build a duplex. I need to get a construction to build loan for the duplex I want to build. I also need to find a loan office for the house I would like to buy. What do I do in this situation? I am buying the house in January-February, God willing, but would like to get started on Duplex sometime next year as well. If I buy the house in January would any bank loan me the money to build a duplex since I already bought the house?
