Can I do the BRRR method for multi family properties out of state
I love the BRRR method. Has anyone been able to do the BRRR method on multi family properties out of state? I'm looking for less expensive areas outside of CA. Love the idea of grabbing some equity on the buy, and repeating each year, but it is difficult to find the deals or even know where on a map to begin.
Appreciate any advice that you all may have.
Thanks!
