Any NYC Investors out there?

I've always been curious of the NYC market - are there deals out there in (any) of the boros and where?

In my mind all of NYC is just way out of any realm of purchase for a smaller investor.  Are there rehabs/deals out there in (i.e. Harlem) that can be rehabbed?

Anybody doing the BRRRR method and where?!
