I just moved from Columbus, Ohio to Hartford for new job. I have two single family rentals in Columbus. I'm looking to buy a Multi family as an owner occupant. Looking to buy within next 6 months but ready to buy immediately if a good deal comes by. I work in Hartford downtown n my fiancee works in New Britain area. We r looking to buy near West Hartford area as we thought it will be easier to attract a greater pool of tenants.

Budget is 350k max but like to stick around 300k.
