Newbie homeowner from Upstate NY

Hello everyone. I really like this website. I want to thank everyone in advance for your wonderful contributions to this site. I am very appreciative. I just bought a two family home in March. I got an FHA loan at 4.25 percent. I don't have great credit right now, but a wonderful opportunity has risen in which someone I know (acquaintance) wants to sell two of their properties and I would like to buy the triplex or possibly both. How do I do this or how can I get investor? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
