Leave the pool or remove it?

I plan on selling my personal residence pretty soon. I have an 18' round above ground pool in the backyard. My first thought was to take the pool down and sod the whole backyard, but now I'm wondering if I should leave it up. It's so hot right now that I wonder if I would be better off leaving it. What has your experience been with above ground pools? Do they help or hurt when selling?
