Realtor recommendation for investment property

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a realtor who's familiar with the suburbs of Baltimore and purchasing rental properties. I already own (paid-off) a rental property in PA so this is not my first rodeo. I'm just not familiar with the Baltimore area and don't have a lot of business contacts here.
