Buying a house that's been vacant since 2014?

Hello everyone, I'm looking into a deal on a bank owned property. It's in my local area and from asking around and looking on google maps I know it's been vacant since around 2014. The property has been winterized and the roof looks to be in very good shape. The house was built in 1986. I was wondering what other issues I should look for when doing a walk through given the time it's sat with no occupants? Thanks!
