Parking lot restaurant leasing

Hello -

First post, glad to be here!

I am considering a barbecue venture and am looking to start small. A "shack" model is very appealing, (http://bit.ly/2vYMEw6) but after searching for awhile, I have no idea how to find this sort of real estate opportunity. A food truck is an option, but I'd rather a stand alone brick and mortar with low overhead that I can control by building something small. Does anyone have any intel on where to find this kind of parcel, or alternatives that might fit the same profile?

Thanks!

Sean
