Best way to find Vacant Home Owners Contact Information?

Hello all,

I recently went driving for dollars and found many houses that looked super distressed and vacant. I want to contact the homeowners of these properties and would like to know the very best and accurate way to find these owners so that I can contact them. I've heard of spokeo, yellowpages, 411, tax collectors, etc but none of these seem to be accurate. If anyone knows of a better source and would like to share it with me it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
