Is Nashville a good market to look into?
I keep hearing that Tennessee has a hot market.
I was looking into the Nashville area and do see some opportunity but I wanted to get people's perspective for this area to do business in.
Any advise would be helpful.
Thank you.

It just depends on how much you want to spend. Yes, Nashville is much cheaper than California, but Nashville is EXPONENTIALLY more expensive than it was even a few short years ago. I bought a deal in April 2016 for 122k, and it just appraised for 225k, 1 year later. Is 225k that expensive? No. However, it does beg the question on how close Nashville may (or may not be) getting to the top of its market. That would be my only concern with it.
