Jacksonsville Florida Monthly Market report

Happy Saturday,

I came across this report and thought it was interesting enough to share. It is an MLS monthly market report. If you are a numbers geek, guilty as charged, you will love this. If anyone has this data for their market place, I would love to see it.

Summary:

The absorption rate has dropped almost 1%.  This the time it would take for all houses to be sold, assuming no new houses were added.

Average price is up 10% over last year

Average days on market down 5%.

Jacksonville is picking up speed.  Would be interesting to see this data for the gateway cities (NY, SF, LA).
