Due Diligence Period

Hi everyone, Clayton here with a question on due diligence periods. I am currently selling my home, due to a military deployment and I'm afraid my agent isn't fulfilling her fiduciary requirements.  I need help from any agents on specific AZ state laws governing real estate PSA's.  We allowed for a 12 day due diligence period for buyer inspections.  Initially my agent told me that Day 1 on the Due Diligence period is the day the PSA is signed.  Subsequently, the buyer turned in their requests on Day 13 and my agent changed her perspective that the due diligence period started on the day after. Thoughts? Anyone from AZ have a perspective on whats common practice?  Thanks.
