Need help evaluating a condo to buy or not

Good afternoon guys,

I need your help in evaluating a deal. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with a half finished basement. 

Assn fee is 180

Property taxes 200 

Insurance 75

Vacancy 125 

Maintenance 150

Capital expenditure 100

Purchase target price including closing cost 135k

Bank owned so has to be paid cash

Does not need anything. It's ready 

Please help me evaluate this is my first purchase and I do not want to mess this up.
