Finding Expense Rates

I'm quite new to this whole investing thing with real estate. Still working on accumulating knowledge of real estate. For future reference however, where is a good place to find the expense rates for houses (utilities, landscape, etc.) besides asking the seller? For me, asking the seller is out of the question. I would want to find the expense rates to practice analyzing deals. Thanks in advance!
