Are there any wholesalers here from Atlanta? I am new to investing and just purchased my first home from the foreclosure for 134k(FMLS value is 157k). I am interested in purchasing another property but at a bargain price like my first home. 

Could someone explain to me what exactly wholesalers do and if theres anyone in the Atlanta area I'd be interested learning more if anyone was willing to share.
